Here Alone

Being home alone a lot now since Mark started working late is kind of scary, to be honest, and I’m kind of embarrassed saying that since I’m a grown woman. But seriously, it makes me worried to be here by myself with the kids once it’s so dark out so I looked into Windsor Home security to see if I could find an affordable alarm that would work for us and not make it so obvious I was terrified to be in my own home. The kids don’t seem to care but I’m not sure they have any idea what’s going on anyway – it’s not like they really need me to tell them when I’m feeling afraid because they pick up on just about anything but you know, that’s just because they’re kids I think. Mark’s job is really working him hard right now but I’m hoping it eventually pays off and we find a way to get ahead of the game with our bills and maybe even save up for a bigger and better house.
