No infrastructures no power

The secrecy of energy sufficiency is how intelligently you can use it.
As a proof of this Venezuela, one of the largest producers of oil, is struggling to give a basic electric service.
One of Venezuela's biggest problem is in fact chronic power shortage.
It looks like fighting capitalism depends on basic issues like electricity.
For many years Venezuela failed to invest in electrical infrastructures, leaving a low level of power grid and risking several national power outages.
It is for nothing having energy if you do not have infrastructures to bring it where necessary.
