Productivity: the right balance among speed, quantity and qality

Speed is important, but focus can allow a better kind of productivity, the one where quality matters, where everything is done with and for passion and satisfaction.
Planning is important, but improving as you go along is better.
Paperwork is definetely finished and since everything (or almost) is going digital, technology helps you to process everything faster.
No more photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, collating, hole punching, printing, or any of the many other office tasks that are associated with paper.
Instead of multi tasking, go for multi project and single tasking.
Freedom from organization and hierarchies.
Work less hours, but produce important work.
Besides, behind any well done job, there is a happy worker.
